We have lockers, showers, parking lot right off of Main Street, and selected childcare hours so you, the Millenium Woman can still get your workout on!!!

Is there an age restriction? Yes, you must be over 18 years old.

Can I bring my boyfriend or husband? Our private venue is for ladies only. Sorry no boyfriends or husbands can attend...they will reap the benefits of your class when you get home! 

How and when do I book a class or party? Booking is easy! Please send two possible dates to the email below and one will be confirmed. You may also call us at 484-679-6223. Please note that we book very fast and we run on a first come, first serve basis. For party bookings A Sensual You requires a $100 deposit to reserve the date. The balance is due prior to the party based upon the number of guests, subject to a minimum party price as quoted.
