A Sensual You is Philadelphia 's Elite Pole Dance Studio. ASY offers a variety of classes for the Millennium Woman! You can take one class, or join for the year! Every class is designed to empower, entertain, and give you a great workout. Each class is different, will keep your body moving and senses alert!
FRI 6-7PM/SAT 12-1PM: Pole Beginnings: is a class like none other, you will have a blast! In this class you will learn basic pole fundamentals, along with beginner pole moves and spins. You will also learn to transition your moves smoothly in routine, in works of becoming a pole dance diva. Pole Beginner definitely ranks as our student's favorite class!
Call to Schedule Private Lesson's: Whether you want to learn pole dance, have an upcoming pole competition, or want to learn a routine for that special someone, these 60 minute lessons are designed to give you individual and specialized attention. You will move at your own pace for your own individual goals. Prices are as followed:

Only a limited number of students are accepted per class. Please arrive 10 minutes early to class to get changed, relaxed, and ready to go! Classes are extremely fun and are for students only. Class observation is not permitted.
